KIANNA ELLERBE
Introduction to Music
- A native of Wadesboro, North Carolina, Anson County
- Currently a resident of Charlotte, NC
- She attended North Carolina Central University and acquired a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. Currently attending University of North Carolina at Charlotte to obtain her Graduate Certificate in Special Education.
- She began singing at an early age in the Children’s and Mass Choir at her home church, Ebenezer Baptist Church, Wadesboro, NC.
MUSICAL Experience
- In 2014, she performed in her first musical, Godspell, at the Ansonia Theatre. Since then, she has performed in several other musicals, including Gypsy, Blood Brothers, and Big River.
- In 2020, she released her first single, “Worthy 2 Be Praised.”
- Her ultimate goal is to share her story and gift to uplift those that are down and inspire everyone to live their dreams.
WHY does Kianna sing?
She came from a family of musicians and singers, so her love of music has always been embedded inside of her. However, she sings for God and her son, Cleon.
